IAM Issue Resolution System
Creating a proactive and constructive IAM Forum for Trade Issues

What is the IIRS?
The IAM Issue Resolution System (IIRS) is a powerful tool available to all IAM members for resolving disputes, including financial issues, operational challenges, ethics violations, and trademark misuse.
You must be signed in to IAM Mobility Exchange(IAMX) as an Admin for your company in order to access your IIRS Dashboard. If you have forgotten your IAMX Password, you can reset it: Password Reset. If you need to request an Admin Password, please contact support@mobilityex.com.
At the IIRS Dashboard, you can initiate the filing of an issue and manage any existing issues that you have filed or have been filed against your company here. There is a free course at IAM Learning to help you in filing or responding to an issue: IAM Issue Resolution System Course.
5 Essential Things You Need to Know About the IIRS
- Reporting issues is quick and easy—once logged into IAMX, disputes can be entered into the IIRS in 2 minutes or less. Supporting documentation is encouraged but not required.
- The IIRS is primarily a Member-to-Member tool, however, non-member issues can also be submitted for IAM’s review.
- Customize your experience – with a simple checkbox in the IIRS, you can choose whether or not you’d like IAM’s intervention or leave it unchecked if you’re reporting for informational purposes only.
- IAM’s initial intervention is automated with a 30-day self-resolution period. If unresolved, IAM staff will assist in reaching a resolution through additional IAM policies and programs.
- IAM can intervene on Any Unpaid Debt, regardless of the amount or timeline, helping secure financial stability within the IAM membership.
- We encourage you to report unpaid invoices as soon as they are overdue. Invoices reported before they reach 120 days may also be eligible for for RPP Compensation.
The IIRS provides an effective and streamlined process to ensure fair and timely dispute resolution for all IAM members.

Notification & Acknowledgement
Once your issue has been submitted for resolution, IAM staff will review the issue and categorize it. A notification will be sent to the party you have filed against alerting them to the issue. All IAM Members are encouraged to “Acknowledge” receipt of the issue within the IIRS within 10 days. An IAMTrusted Moving Company is required to acknowledge receipt of the issue within 10 days. Failure to do is a breach of the IAMTrusted Moving Company Agreement causing an automatic loss of ITMC status for the company.

30 Day Member to Member Resolution

Unresolved Issues after 30 days
If the issue remains unresolved after 30 days, the issue filing company may choose to escalate the issue in the IIRS system. IAM staff will review the case for determination. All IAM Members are encouraged to accept the determinations issued according to the RPP Operating Rules and Regulations, or the IAM Procedures for Dispute Resolution and Ethics Enforcement as final and take the actions necessary to resolve the issue. An IAMTrusted Moving Company is required to accept the determinations issued by the IAM as binding and is required to take the timely actions stipulated. Failure to do so will be a breach of the IAMTrusted Moving Company Agreement causing an automatic and immediate loss of ITMC status for the company.

IAMTrusted Moving Company – Assuring Adherence to a Professional Code of Conduct

The IAMTrusted Moving Company designation responds to IAM member companies that have made significant investments in their business to promote a culture of competence, knowledge, and conscientiousness within their staff and wish to display a tangible commitment of their trustworthiness to their industry colleagues. These companies also wish to reduce inefficiency and risk by choosing to collaborate with their peers who have also made this same commitment by earning their IAMTrusted Moving Company credentials.
